FeelClose is a mobile application designed to help long distance couples stay connected through features like countdown timers, nudges, daily questions, and widgets.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 17 years old to use FeelClose. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Share content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. By using FeelClose, you grant us a license to store and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FeelClose is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeelClose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
